This is us. We are not perfect. But we have so. much. fun.
Here’s our dirty little secret: we haven’t always been that parent either.
We used to endlessly search “fun things to do with kids,” "fun family activities," and “easy things to do with kids in summer when you’re working full time and also have to take care of the house, pets, family, Amazon shopping, and still find like 5 minutes for yourself.” (Ok, maybe not that last one exactly.) We'd get results like "do a scavenger hunt" and then spend hours coming up with clues. Not exactly "easy." So we went on a mission to help others like us.
Being a parent is not just hard - it's BUSY.
Especially if you want to be an amazing parent - the one that comes up with the most fun things to do.
But none of us have endless time - no matter how much we wish we did.

(And by “mama," of course, we mean mom, dad, grammy, grandpa, Nosi (that's an aunt to us) uncle, co-parent,
nanny, and the occasional motherly neighborhood cat who wanders onto your porch.)
We embrace the mess.
While the Blue Ready Mama grownups love staying clean - we know that's not what being a kid is all about! Not only do we give you difficulty and indoor friendliness, but we give you the messiness level of every kids activity. So you know whether to have the paper towels ready, or the hazmat suit.
We love effort, not perfection.
We try things. They absolutely do not always go well. And often the epic fails are the times we have the most fun. Just go for it. No one expects you to be perfect! Your kiddo won't care if it blows up in your face or doesn't turn out just right. (In fact, they will probably love that even more!).
